“I used to think that my contributions to charity were but a tiny drop and would have a little to no effect. However, as I got more involved in charity work, I came to realize that all small donations together can be a wave and an ocean of giving to those in need. This has since become my goal to increase and participate in the organization’s goals and vision so that together we can increase our capacity for giving and for charity,”

Michelle de la Peña-Labro was born in Pasig City, Philippines to Efren and Cynthia de la Peña. She studied well at Sto. Tomas de Villanueva Parochial School. She is married to Jul Labro and dotes on her three children: Arielle, Andrew and Arianne.

Michelle’s capacity to take on many responsibilities drives her to professions as a Realtor and a Notary Public. Add to this her volunteer work as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce Texas - Dallas Chapter. Then, add on this huge project of leading her community to raise funds for the goals and objectives of two non-profit organizations: PCCI International and the PACC Texas Foundation.
PACCTX Foundation is an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) charity organization of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce Texas. It aims to provide assistance to individuals, small businesses and organizations, guidance and funding support in the enhancement, accomplishment, and attainment of their respective purposes in the community.
