Jasmine Hunt is a dynamic wellness entrepreneur, certified yoga instructor, and practitioner who bridges the worlds of mindfulness, cultural empowerment, and personal transformation. As the founder of LIFE ON A MAT, a yoga and integrative wellness business launched in 2016, Jasmine has empowered hundreds of professionals, youth, and communities through her unique blend of movement, education, and social impact.

 

With over a decade of yoga experience, she brings a deeply personal and lived perspective to her work—rooted in her journey of exploring wellness practices and holistic modalities to support both collective healing and peak performance. A certified 200-Hour RYT and Diversity & Inclusion Practitioner, Jasmine has developed intersectional wellness programs for law enforcement, healthcare, academia, corporate organizations, and nonprofits.

Currently, Jasmine serves as a Program Manager in the corporate space, where she leads career development initiatives and builds inclusive learning communities. She holds a B.S. in International Political Economy, an M.A. in Conflict Management, and is currently studying Leadership at a historically Black university. Inspired by her martial arts roots, island heritage, and love for travel, Jasmine is redefining community empowerment as a pathway to belonging, resilience, and collective wellbeing—ensuring everyone has the space to show up fully and unapologetically.
